Research Interests

My field of specialization is in inversion techniques and software development for 2D and 3D geoelectrical surveys, particularly in the development of fast computer algorithms. My current research includes automatic calculation of optimized arrays for 2D and 3D electrical imaging surveys, parallel computer algorithms using multi-core CPUs and GPUs, 64-bit programming techniques, fast data compression methods, and 2D and 3D geoelectrical forward modeling codes.Teaching Interests2D and 3D forward modeling and inversion methods for geoelectrical surveys. Fast parallel algorithms in high performance computing for geophysics. Optimized arrays for resistivity surveys.
